Do not buy from Rectron ever!

We ordered 2 x EcoFlow Delta 1300 from your special on One Day Only. Sadly, only 1 product (2 of 3 boxes was delivered). The other Ecoflow product is missing. When we queried with One Day Only Customer service, they stated that the other product (Ecoflow) is still with you (The Supplier Rectron), and they cannot get hold of you or get the other Ecoflow product from Rectron.

Only Day Only makes it seem like it's not their problem, and there is no way to get hold of Rectron. They don't answer their phones, and the email contact form on the website isn't working, so I suppose I just lost R21k!

DO NOT BUY FROM RECTRON!!!!!
