Excellent Service From The Port Elizabeth Team!

I hope I have posted this in the correct place for Rectron. If not then please advise and I will move.

I wish to thank the Port Elizabeth team of Jonathan Dunstan and Gurshine Abrahams who helped with the RMA of a motherboard. Without going into too many details I had a faulty motherboard that was covered by a warranty from Rectron. Jonathan and Gurhsine exceeded my expectations in every single possible way. I booked the board in and went back to work. I had barely sat down when I got a call that I can come collect my replacement board. I went back and they tested the replacement in front of me and confirmed that the replacement with still have the remainder of the warranty. I am speechless! What makes this even more incredible is that I could see that the store was very busy, and I was not expecting any feedback till the following day. This post is to thank Jonathan and Gurshine for their excellent service and professionalism! Due to this incredible service from the Port Elizabeth team, I will now always endeavor to buy items where Rectron is the supplier. Well done and thank you once again!
