Rascism, disrespect and rudness

The Red Alert team (supervisors and controllers) is ****** to Black Armed response officers. You get fired for nothing and they don't care about their probation period, they fire their officers on the spot without any warning especially if you ask questions. Their controllers are are rude and disrespectful. The black Officers are abused on a daily basis but endure because they need the job which doesn't even pay well. There is no lunch break, you're expected to be on full energy for the 12 hrs without a lunch break. This needs to stop, the supervisors are worse they allow the controllers to be disrespectful and vile.
