Waste of time made me loose purchase

Extremely bad service with red transport. I have been waiting 6 days for a invoice from them, I have called them multiple times and WhatsApp them multiple times. In such tough times, i have never experienced a company throw work down the drain, you've now lost my Company as a client. The agent mislead me thrice.

I needed a gearbox brought from jhb to cape town, they quotes me R2990 over the phone, I accepted and asked for a invoice so I can pay. For 6 days i have been phoning and WhatsApp them on their 071 170 6153 number. Guy keeps on telling me his sending the invoice but nothing, iv called multiple times.

I have now lost my purchase as I could not arrange transport because of red transport.
