I have been spending a fortune on labels for my small business. I came across redfern and wow I was delighted to see their wide range of labels and templates that I can print easily from home... my excitement didnt stop there. I placed my order with Redfern online for delivery, then changed my mind to self collection.., then I reviewed my order and made a change. The Lady (Courtney) who assisted me with my order was an absolute pleasure to deal with and effortlessly helped me. I am having such fun creating my own labels now.

Poor service from the company. Whenever I need a quote I have to wait for a response for a minimum of 3 days. And them printing takes up to 7 days. So minimum waiting time is 2 weeks after you have sent everything from day 1.

<p>Mr. Vernon Moses of Redfern Labels told me on thursday (as wednesday was womens'day) that he had trouble setting up the order which he recieved from our company at athe beginning of the week because they have a new system - this being thursday 10th August 2017 and the first time that we are even aware there is a problem processing our order - so we the customer have to phone in to find out "what is happening with our delivery"</p> <p>by Friday when I call again, they assured us that morning, our order was processed and we will be recieving it. </p> <p>But come This morning Mon 14th August, now Mr Vernon Moses says he still has problems processing our order (spoke to him a few minutes ago) But not once did they call us, we had to make numerous calls to Redfern labels as delivery just never took place..What kind of workmanship is this, and we are a business, one of their standing clients, but obviously that doesn't warrent any kind of need to notify us, especially seeing that we have paid for the goods already. </p>
