Poison
Made me violently ill, caused vomiting, cramps and had to go to the doctor. It made me tremble and gave me a high fever. I have requested a refund 3 times and have not heard anything back from them. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Aweful service -REF : JD COMPLAINTS 9000446420
I cancelled an order, then the goods were delivered and I told the driver that they must take the goods back and they said they are not allowed to. I originally sent them the request on the 27th of October and they said they would arrange collection and refund me. Every day I phone them and hear nothing back. I want the goods collected and refunded.

Lack of customer service
I have spoken to 9 different people to assist me since yesterday. I have phoned them and being assured the matter will be sorted out. These are the names of some of the staff I have dealt with. Zanele Yolanda (twice).. Their whatsapp service is beyond aweful.

WOWIE
I have been spending a fortune on labels for my small business. I came across redfern and wow I was delighted to see their wide range of labels and templates that I can print easily from home... my excitement didnt stop there. I placed my order with Redfern online for delivery, then changed my mind to self collection.., then I reviewed my order and made a change. The Lady (Courtney) who assisted me with my order was an absolute pleasure to deal with and effortlessly helped me. I am having such fun creating my own labels now.

Terrible service
My app doesnt work and I asked for my inestment to be cancelled and was told they would email the documents to me, to date I still have not received the email. They dont answer their calls on the call centre. I have been trying for 2 days.
