Regal Security don't care about clients its just about making money ***** the client

So i spoke to Thabo the Branch manager at Regal Lynwood Yesterday afternoon on a recorded conversation he acknowledge Regal made I mistake that cost me R 8000 and he admitted to that , now Roy one of the big guys at Regal Security wants to tell me well sorry about the mistake good buy i will not except this why should i fork out R 8000 and what about my profit that i did not even make so they although acknowledge it was there mistake just don't give a dam about the publics or there installers that's the bottom line
