Don’t waste your money!

Worst mistake I’ve made is bought a stand at this estate.

They have developers who go around threatening people with a gun and trying to conn people. I requested a meeting with them and they promised to resolve this, then later denied that they won’t get involved. The construction company owner, Todo Construction (see their reviews) owner threatened us with a gun at their meeting and they did nothing.

Security there is horrible, the management themselves said they can’t buy materials on site because it’s not safe. They also have immigrant construction workers living at the estate and living there Monday to Sunday, day and night, they make fires on the site and sleep there.

I regret the day I bought into this estate. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Especially as a black person? Nothing you raise will be attended to. They do not care.
