Very disappointed customer:late delivery and incorrect order!

Ordered shoes for my wife's wedding 2 months before the wedding. The shoes were delivered about 4 weeks after placing the order. We were disappointed to find that the shoes delivered were the wrong design from what we ordered.

She said we should send the shoes back to her at our own expense for the courier fees yet the real reason the shoe design that was delivered was her fault.

That aside, she promised that the shoes will be delivered in time for the wedding. This is 4 weeks before the wedding when we were having this conversation. She doesn't make an effort to update on the progress of the delivery. So 4 days before the wedding I decided to find out for myself about the progress of the delivery and she tells me the shoes we only be delivered a week after the wedding.

Considering the price that she charges, surely customers deserve better!
