If you are a willing buyer of property i would advise you not to attempts and worst part being a tenant. There are frequent power cuts ranging from 6hrs to even maximum of 5 days without electricity simply due to the non payment of the water and refuse by the body corporate. If you are a tenant they dont even advise whatsoever so i thought that i should share with the potential buyers and those who will be willing to take a chance to come and rent.
