Reef Acres Complex Springs
I have been staying in this complex since 2019 and I could say what we are experiencing currently is just the opposite if not the worst complex one could ever invest in. 1.The caretaker does not seem to understand his role. 2. This place has turned into a shebeen, the noise is ****ndours no matter what time of the day. 3. There are no rules that one could adhear and respectfully follow. 4.You will report but there is no action taken. Never ever invest in this place its just a waste of money.

Bad bad bad!
Hi guys. If your looking for some property investment then this is not a place for you to buy. Piping system is very bad! there’s time when your toilet just doesn’t seem to flush, security don’t care. 10 cars can enter without being checked out. The level of noise is unmatched. People without code can enter using a security guard house . Electric fence is always off cats jump the fence like no bodies business. Car gets fixed in the parking lot. Kids are all over the complex. When comes to rates and taxes you’ll always have accumulated funds which you can never dispute even if you have proof of payment. You’ll just pay non stop. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE AND GET YOUR SELF A PEACE OF MIND. This was the most unpleasant STAY! Complex without rules! Security who doesn’t care! Care taker who doesn’t know anything! Just DONT invest here you’ll fix and fix. Pay and pay!

Bad living conditions
I moved in about a week ago with my 2 month old baby. The flat is nothing but a disaster. I reported a broken window, lights, stained toilet/bathroom and sink immediately when I moved in but no one has assisted this far. The maintenance crew came twice but only fixed one problem which was the sink. I have been sleeping in the couch the past week with my baby. Today, I was forced to go to the clinic because my baby caught flu. It’s been raining and cold the past few days so you can imagine my living conditions. All the management keeps saying is that it’s been ordered. The service I’ve received so far is appalling. By the way, I’m still waiting for the window to be fixed even today

Reef Acres in Krugersrus, Springs is a bad complex when it comes to electricity
If you are a willing buyer of property i would advise you not to attempts and worst part being a tenant. There are frequent power cuts ranging from 6hrs to even maximum of 5 days without electricity simply due to the non payment of the water and refuse by the body corporate. If you are a tenant they dont even advise whatsoever so i thought that i should share with the potential buyers and those who will be willing to take a chance to come and rent.
