Bad!!!
Well, I didn't enjoy the experience. When I took my car in for maintenance, neither the brakes nor the engine had any issues. car got an error message that read "ENGINE OVERHEAT, STOP" when I drove home after the service, and my brakes began making strange noises. In addition to the fact that the therapy is different for each individual, I have never encountered this in the morning or previously when I took my car in for maintenance. I arrived at 7:15 ahead of schedule. Even the staff got me there, but I was surprised to learn that a white woman who arrived later was called to pick up her car! Well. After the service, the vehicle was filthy. I need help I’m extremely shocked with what has happened to my car. This is the 1st time having this.

Bad service!!!!
If I could possible rate a zero I would gladly do so! after waiting for 15 days. They cancelled my order and I have been in contact with the online store and fedex with a hope that I’ll be receiving my items soon. Bad communication and service! I hate the fact that I waited for so long just for nothing. I’m deleting their app! Very unprofessional and very annoying! I’d be mad if I purchased on their online store!!!

Hi. I don’t even know where to start! I bought 4 sneakers online with so much excitement. Apon delivery the packaging was so dirty and the sneaker were so flimsy and look more like ****. The QR code was not scanning. This sneakers are not authentic. I only received 2 instead of 4. I called the customer service the guy was calm and told me to do everything in online no assistance or anything! Pathetic! Unacceptable! Unprofessional and useless! I’ve logged a request for return. Hope you respond soon

Bad service
I bought two dress on the 29 of August 2024. On the 31st wrong dress was delivered. Filled a return and the dress was fetched ti this day I’m waiting for my dress. Don’t bother buying here because you going to regret it!!!!!!

Disappointed
If makro doesn’t using this people the definitely loosing business. I have been waiting for my order which gets out of the warehouse but not to me. The other driver Ndumiso delivered wrong things to my address I had to call him to fetch those staff. Jabu had my order and told me he can’t deliver in Ferndale because he only has orders for Centurion that was on Sunday even now I’m still waiting for my order. After this I’ll never order with makro until they use a better courier company!!! I’m so annoyed and angry!

Disappointed
If it was possible I’d rate this company 1. Today it is the 8 working day my order is still incomplete. I have received a call from a driver Jabu telling me that he won’t be able to deliver where I stay because there’s only one person in my area. He promised to deliver the next day I’ve been waiting even now there’s no delivery makro is sending me email saying they failed to deliver that time I was not called even today. This is one of the most ridiculous unprofessional service providers. The other driver delivered wrong things to my address I had to call him to fetch the delivery of someone else who is 12 km away from me. *** 🤬 Can some who cares do their job I’m so tired of this now

I’m writing this with great sadness l bought electricity with two different bank worth R800. But both tokens are not working. I went to protea website to try R100 I have been waiting for the token. I’m breathing with machine now my electricity is on R0.0 yet I used R900 for electricity that I can’t load. Bad bad bad!
Hi guys. If your looking for some property investment then this is not a place for you to buy. Piping system is very bad! there’s time when your toilet just doesn’t seem to flush, security don’t care. 10 cars can enter without being checked out. The level of noise is unmatched. People without code can enter using a security guard house . Electric fence is always off cats jump the fence like no bodies business. Car gets fixed in the parking lot. Kids are all over the complex. When comes to rates and taxes you’ll always have accumulated funds which you can never dispute even if you have proof of payment. You’ll just pay non stop. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE AND GET YOUR SELF A PEACE OF MIND. This was the most unpleasant STAY! Complex without rules! Security who doesn’t care! Care taker who doesn’t know anything! Just DONT invest here you’ll fix and fix. Pay and pay!

Excellent service
The overall experience was outstanding. I couldn’t take calls due to working environment but Given Molefe made everything easy. Staff is friendly and welcoming. 😊Thank you so much I will definitely buy my second car here.
