empty wrappers in sealed bag

Name: Anu Tel: 0682033554 Message: Hi I bought a packet of regal Turkish delight chocolate and regal peanut clusters 300g however in both the Packets I noticed that some of the wrappers was sealed with no actual chocolate in it this is unacceptable as I paid for half packets with empty wrappers in it the barcode is as follows 6001224137798 please assist and provide me with feedback as to why these chocolates are packed like that
