Hi I am a naked insurance member and I am utterly disgusted with the service I received from them I went on holiday during Christmas and new year and however my vehicle broke down I was frantic with worry and stress as I did not want to leave the car behind and even after numerous attempts of getting my vehicle towed back home they refused it cost me an arm and a leg to get my own private people to bring it home however I will not be keeping my membership with them anymore as I'm not really happy knowing they are I was not helped when I was really desperate

I recently contacted DC Experts to assist me in paying me with my accounts however they are unable to assist but still debited my account which is unauthorized as it was taken earlier instead of the actual date that it was noted for i request for my funds to be debited into my account with immediate effect or i will open a case of ***** against DC Experts
Useless management in organising a flea market I was left in the cold and dark during the Steve hofmeyer father and son concert sitting all day to make R200 while my hard earned fees was used with the rest of the other stall holders to entertain you guys alone and not even an apology what so ever this is utterly unacceptable and I demand for a refund because honestly your market was total waste of time
Second week of complaints about home choice after trying for the passed 3 weeks for assistance with my machine repair I received an email on Friday informing me that a technician would be out to contact me on Monday it's already the evening and no techs contacted me from home choice once again or even from hi sense the manufacturer who made the washing machine
Hi I bought a washing machine from home choice how ever it's almost 2 weeks and nobody has contacted me to come out and check what is wrong with i contacted home choice on their WhatsApp line customer service as well as their office lines spoke to over 5 people regarding the same issue but nobody came out this us ridiculous do not support home choice they are waste of time
I wish I didn't have to give you 1 star but I had no choice but to do it, I recently put a claim due to contents in my kitchen getting water damaged because of a burst geyser, an assessment was done by 2 contractors which both acknowledged that the items were damaged but when the documents reached the offices my claim wad rejected so what's the reason for customers to insure contents separately from the house itself if and when there is a problem and a claim is requested then it gets rejected,this is really unacceptable and I am very frustrated , I feel like cancelling my policy with immediate effect if this claim is not resolved I also will advise all my co workers family and friends to use other insurance companies instead of Miway as they don't keep to their word about five star customer service hello Peter please assist and get to the bottom of this
I'm disgusted with the services obtained with MRP funeral insurance I requested for a cancellation on the 22 mar 23 it's already May and it's still active on the system no body gets back to me with info but is quick to call me to pay my account I demand my policy to be cancelled with immediate effect as I am not waiting another 30days for cancellations

This is my 100th complaint regarding Alexandra Forbes and still no positive assistance from them I want to move my pension fund from then because they are a waste of time and I don't think I want to have any future dealings with them, management as well as consultants do not help in any way I wish I could put all emails on this site to show the community what horrible experience I am having to claim my pension fund from them I think they are corrupted just like the government of SA
