One of my worst experiences!!! I had placed an order for a special occasion and on the day of expected delivery we set for 1 in the afternoon and no one had arrived. I had to reach out for a follow up and they had no clue where they were and reassured me that their driver is in the area and rudely rep**** with “it will be done and the driver is busy and will update him”. After an hour of no delivery their driver messaged me telling me they are in a completely different location and with a broken down car and they should be able to deliver by 3 that afternoon. After and 2 hours of messaging back and forth for an update they stated they were on the way to deliver. At this point the driver is no longer replying and the Regalroseza account manager, idiotically suggests that delivery can happen the next day, without any apologies or form of solid communication as to what the issue and hold up is, to then having them tell me that the driver is still busy making *other* drop offs as well as mine, to which it is currently 5 in the afternoon now. They proceed to offer a refund of my money and for me to stop sending them back messages. The next day to no communication a refund has not reflected and when I ask, they state they hadn’t done it yet and will do it when they will. They only then stated the refund takes 3-5 working days and after 5 working days still no refund and needing me to have to follow up ONCE AGAIN.
