An order of was placed with this company which advertises on Instagram last year February. Initially less than a third of the order was supp****. To date only a fraction of the outstanding order was refunded and any followup of the refund was met with threats which was been recorded. Matter is currently being referred to SAPS

I placed my order in Feb 2024 . A small part of my order was delivered . All the expensive items were not . Every month I get promises of refunds or delivery’s and nothing comes All my money is gone .

Worst experience ever. I hate lies and empty promises I had placed an order for my birthday and I got a wrong order. I was promised the correct order would be delivered the next day however 9 days later I'm still being made a fool. I was told they would uber my flowers the next morning but when that was supposed to happen they said uber was expensive and they cant use it. I asked if their driver couldn't deliver and it turned out he was "sick" but would try the next day. The 3rd day when the driver was supposed to deliver they **** and said he is on the way buuuut he never pitched. They then suggested a refund and I provided my banking details but Im still getting excuses. Never trust Regalroseza. It is sooe unprofessional and will **** you. they make empty promises and never deliver

One of my worst experiences!!! I had placed an order for a special occasion and on the day of expected delivery we set for 1 in the afternoon and no one had arrived. I had to reach out for a follow up and they had no clue where they were and reassured me that their driver is in the area and rudely rep**** with “it will be done and the driver is busy and will update him”. After an hour of no delivery their driver messaged me telling me they are in a completely different location and with a broken down car and they should be able to deliver by 3 that afternoon. After and 2 hours of messaging back and forth for an update they stated they were on the way to deliver. At this point the driver is no longer replying and the Regalroseza account manager, idiotically suggests that delivery can happen the next day, without any apologies or form of solid communication as to what the issue and hold up is, to then having them tell me that the driver is still busy making *other* drop offs as well as mine, to which it is currently 5 in the afternoon now. They proceed to offer a refund of my money and for me to stop sending them back messages. The next day to no communication a refund has not reflected and when I ask, they state they hadn’t done it yet and will do it when they will. They only then stated the refund takes 3-5 working days and after 5 working days still no refund and needing me to have to follow up ONCE AGAIN.

Extremely rude & unpleasant people to deal with! They damaged the goods that was ordered & chose to replace it with products we didn't want. When we contacted them to give the goods back with a refund they were so arrogant & they even went to the extent of threatening us. It's been 8 months & they ignore all our efforts to communicate.I would not recommend this business to anyone!
