Absolutely terrible service. I received an SMS at 14:54 saying my delivery had arrived. I went outside immediately and there was no courier vehicle in sight. When I checked the tracking again at 14:56, just 2 minutes later, the delivery was already marked as failed with the note “Contact unreachable at provided number.” This is completely false. I was never called once — only an SMS was sent. How is a delivery considered failed based on texts only? What if I didn’t see the message immediately? That makes no sense for a courier service. To make matters worse, when I contacted head office, I was told the driver waited for 5 minutes and no one came out. That explanation does not add up at all. How can the driver arrive at 14:54, mark the delivery as failed at 14:56, and then claim he waited 5 minutes? The times clearly contradict each other. This feels like laziness and dishonesty rather than an honest delivery attempt. The excuses given are unacceptable, and the service is extremely disappointing. I am not happy at all and will think twice before using this courier again.
Worst experience ever. I hate lies and empty promises I had placed an order for my birthday and I got a wrong order. I was promised the correct order would be delivered the next day however 9 days later I'm still being made a fool. I was told they would uber my flowers the next morning but when that was supposed to happen they said uber was expensive and they cant use it. I asked if their driver couldn't deliver and it turned out he was "sick" but would try the next day. The 3rd day when the driver was supposed to deliver they **** and said he is on the way buuuut he never pitched. They then suggested a refund and I provided my banking details but Im still getting excuses. Never trust Regalroseza. It is sooe unprofessional and will **** you. they make empty promises and never deliver
Unprofessional and pathetic service from Cheynne and Harcourts!!! I will never recommend this agency nor ever use them again. I got an apartment with Cheynne Griesel, it’s been a month and I’m still struggling to get things fixed. She does not stick to appointments, never communicates and when I try to, she ignores me. I contacted the agency to atleast speak to the manager so I can get help but they were not interested as well, none of my issues were addressed, they don’t even bother to follow up. I regret using Harcourts, they only care about making sales and not their clients Avoid at all cost! Terrible service
Soo helpful and exceeded my expectations
Beetravel SA isn't straightforward with what's offered. Cruises suddenly become speed boats, ****tails upon arrival are a no show. It would have been great if we were advised about what to expect at the lodge so that we come prepared, for example, the water that shouldn't be consumed. The gents were also inappropriate and unprofessional, especially Silence/Silent and the camera man. It's shocking that the gents can't even be trusted with asking for directions to the toilet because they think it's okay to direct us to the males toilet. I also found it unprofessional that Fulu often showed up late at the activities meanwhile she's the host. Her communication is poor as well, she doesn't care about her clients
MTN is unable to cancel my contract, i requested for cancellation in May and got confirmation that it will be cancelled on the 26/05 but i still get billed for a nr i requested to be cancelled and being told their new system ILULA or whatever it is unable to cancel the contract, how is it my business that their new system can not cancel my contract, now my other nr got suspended and i am paying for it, your service really stinks
