Regional Wholesale Services - Worst courier company to deal with

A driver called me on Monday 10/05/2022 to alert me that he is going to deliver a package for me, To my surprise, the package has not been delivered and no one has bothered to call and explain. When i called the company i was told that they are a third party and they can only assist me if i have a tracking number. firstly no SMS was sent to me for notification that they have my package.

Their service is disgusting and they do not care about their clients.
