Very unprofessional

I purchased 10% minoxidil and was charged accordingly. However, I received a 5% solution instead. I initially reached out via email but received no response. I then followed up with a WhatsApp message, which was ignored, and I was subsequently blocked.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am not at all impressed with the level of customer service.
