We booked accommodation at Relax Inn via booking.com. As it happens with travelling, we couldn’t make the trip anymore and we cancelled more than a month to go but they are refusing with our refund. At first they said that they did not receive our cancellation on time, then we provided proof that we did cancel well within time. Then they said they do not give refunds and we showed that the booking on booking.com was eligible for a refund and even if you check now, they still have it on there that you cancel 30days or more before arrival date, you get refunded. Then they are now saying they don’t give cash refunds. They advertised lies and booking.com is aiding them to rob us off our money.
