Went recently as a pre birthday celebration. Love the view and tranquil setting. Food was great and we enjoyed fine dining. Will definitely go again

We booked accommodation at Relax Inn via booking.com. As it happens with travelling, we couldn’t make the trip anymore and we cancelled more than a month to go but they are refusing with our refund. At first they said that they did not receive our cancellation on time, then we provided proof that we did cancel well within time. Then they said they do not give refunds and we showed that the booking on booking.com was eligible for a refund and even if you check now, they still have it on there that you cancel 30days or more before arrival date, you get refunded. Then they are now saying they don’t give cash refunds. They advertised lies and booking.com is aiding them to rob us off our money.

We booked accommodation at Relax Inn via booking.com. As it happens with travelling, we couldn’t make the trip anymore and we cancelled more than a month to go but they are refusing with our refund. At first they said that they did not receive our cancellation on time, then we provided proof that we did cancel well within time. Then they said they do not give refunds and we showed that the booking on booking.com was eligible for a refund and even if you check now, they still have it on there that you cancel 30days or more before arrival date, you get refunded. The 1 star is not deserving for this place. Attended a function, very disappointing. Covid protocols not followed. This is a NO GO ZONE. Indian owned. Husband and Wife Team, very rude and unprofessional. Food was short for this function and for the price my cousin paid, ITS A RIP OFF Staff are not trained and they say they are 4 Star ,this is a laugh at Tourism Grading.

Hosted a Bridal shower, beautiful venue, great atmosphere, food was amazing, service was excellent. The staff went over and beyond to meet our requirements.

The location is okay and easy to find. The room is okay. Housekeeping was not satisfactory at all. The towels were not replace for the entire 3 days I was there. The shampoo and soap was replaced once. The food seemed to be specifically for Indian guests, the menu did not have much of a variety. The breakfast was the worst. It was either burnt, incorrect order or not enough. At the rate I had paid I expected a variety when it came to dinner and breakfast but there was absolutely no choice. What was provided is what you had and given at limited quantities.

<p>I made a reservation at the above guesthouse for one night via Booking.com on the 29th November 2016. Considering I entered payment information, I assumed that money would be deducted. When I realised I still haven't been charged, I contacted the guesthouse directly to confirm. </p> <p>The first time I contacted them, I was told to call back the next day because the office is closed. It was a Saturday, around midday so I can't understand why they would close before people could check in?</p> <p>I sent an email to them via their website to query this. The next morning, Natasha called me and asked that I send through all the confirmations from Booking.com because this unit is not available as it was booked and paid for by someone else "months ago". I emailed her all this information, with screenshots showing that the unit is still available on their site as well as on Booking.com. </p> <p>A week went by and I still haven't received any feedback on this. I called them today (12 Dec) to query this. When calling any establishment, I expect that the phone would be answered by identifying the establishment then yourself, I got a curt and very high-pitched "Hello". The woman I spoke to is extremely rude, has no empathy with which to relate to customers and has absolutely no telephone etiquette. She spoke to someone else while I was still on the line. One person she spoke to was helping her look for my information, the other person was leaving early for the day because they're so tired and apparently, she can relate. </p> <p>She was busy chatting to those people while I'm trying to get her attention. When she finally got back to me, I instructed her to cancel everything because i don't think I can deal with people like this. Before I can ask for a manager or the owner, she just said, "Okay fine! Bye!" and hung up on me.</p> <p>If this is the process just to BOOK a room, what on earth would happen once I'm actually there???</p> <p>Usually pre-sale service is through the roof for all businesses becuase they want your money. Apparently the Relax Inn don't need any new customers as they clearly don't want my business, or that of anyone I know. Let me help them with this.</p> <p>The Relax Inn has the most appalling service for a guesthouse/B&B and no one should ever book at this place because you will be ignored, sidelined and given horrible service because they don't want your business. Don't ever use this place!</p>
