Reliable Plumbers – The Fraudsters!!!

I had exactly the same experience as P H. Reliable (Unreliable) Plumbers did a leak detection and suggested in line repair which will fix all leaks, and this carries a 10-year warranty. On 29 September 2022 I had to pay R9 500 for the in-line repair which his team carried out. This did not fix the leak and a week later I reported this to Charl the owner of the Company. He promised to come out and have a look but were full of excuses and now 4 months later I am still waiting. Giving a warranty which he does not honour is misleading and a disgrace. He does not answer my phone calls or WhatsApp messages, has no address on his invoices or website. This clearly indicates that the Company is just interested in your money and customer service or satisfaction not one of their values. Stay away from Charl and his Company.
