Relocation Online is a bad company with bad service to its clients

This company is one of the worst I ever come across. In 2009, I approached them to make a work permit. Even with the fact that I am an IT certified engineer, all they managed to apply for was a General Work Permit instead of a s****ed permit after charging me R10000. After 5 years (2014), I went back to them, paid them R11000 for permit renewal, I was still working at the same company and submitted all required documents. Home affairs then rejected my application due to the fact that they didn't submit a Labor certificate... When I went to them, they only apologized and advised that it was a mistake from their consultant who handled my case. They also said that they already fired her since she made a lot of mistakes. July 2016, I still went to them for further processing of a critical s****, they requested R20000 which I paid in cash. Up to date, they haven't delivered and keep coming with excuses. one after another. July 2018, I requested them to stop all procedure and refund my money as they are not a trust worthy company at all. They keep apologizing and come with all sort of excuses like: "The Director who has to authorize the refund is out of the country, she is out of office... it was authorized but will only be made at the end of the month... The account manager still needs to process... we have a small problem with our account at the bank but this will be sorted in 2 days... we will give you a callback shortly (which they never done)... and so on. All I want to say is that this company gives a very bad service to its clients and they are just liars. I reserve the rights to approach legal teams to have the matter resolved and request compensation for the past two years I have been waiting.
