They only help with filling forms, finalizing applications isn't happening.
I must say, I changed my mind about Relocation Online. I used to feel that the service I received was worth what I pay. Not anymore. I feel like I'm paying just to fill the application form. Relocation Online sending "updates" every week or fortnight changing a few words only makes you feel that it's not a computer generated, yet humans using a template. But that's it, not change for several months. Unlike my experiences years ago,I'm quite disappointed. I feel like I paid an arm and a let just so that Relocation Online fill my forms which wasn't the purpose I went to them. The main thing, finalizing application hasn't happened in in more than 13 months. Oh, by the way, their excuse is, "this has been like this" since the start of the pandemic. This isn't what they tell you until you pay them and submit applications.

Pricy but they don't give false promises.
I have interacted with them for many years, I can say over 90% of the time, I have been happy. There was a specific time an employee made me use an external service that was unnecessarily and it was costly too. Other times, they have been delivering what they promise, although they are pricey. At least I like the fact they say it straightforward if something is impossible.

Worst Visa Company
Hi All, do not use this company. They have cost us an absolute fortune, only to get visas rejected due to incorrect or insufficient documents sent. Visas issued for the wrong dates. We were lied to and told they had submitted unabridged birth certificates for my son only to find out they only applied for the certificate after the visa for UK was denied. We were then told they need to reapply and this outcome would take 7 weeks due to the cricket world cup. We were told we are disorganized family by Candice their manager, now anyone that knows us will tell you that is the furthest from the truth. They also bad mouthed previous clients to us that complained on Hello Peter telling us they are Nigerian con artists and all sorts of other rubbish. I told my son to fetch all his documents and passport immediately. We applied directly for his Visa and submitted all our documents ourselves. We had approval within 2 weeks of submission. We asked for a refund of our monies paid for their incompetence, and again Candice threw her staff under the bus saying they are the issue etc. Bottom line we have to date still not received a refund on the over R11k that we spent with these scamsters. Do not use them, there are better companies that are way more honest, efficient and know what they are doing interms of Immigration and holiday visas. Their telephone manner and etiket is desireable, their Director Glynis and the Manager Candice, carrying on like banchees on the phone with my husband to the point where I had to intervene over a car kitt and then Candice proceded to send me aweful text messages. Stay away from Relocation Online

Relocation Online is a bad company with bad service to its clients
Hi all, This company is one of the worst I ever come across. In 2009, I approached them to make a work permit. Even with the fact that I am an IT certified engineer, all they managed to apply for was a General Work Permit instead of a s****ed permit after charging me R10000. After 5 years (2014), I went back to them, paid them R11000 for permit renewal, I was still working at the same company and submitted all required documents. Home affairs then rejected my application due to the fact that they didn't submit a Labor certificate... When I went to them, they only apologized and advised that it was a mistake from their consultant who handled my case. They also said that they already fired her since she made a lot of mistakes. July 2016, I still went to them for further processing of a critical s****, they requested R20000 which I paid in cash. Up to date, they haven't delivered and keep coming with excuses. one after another. July 2018, I requested them to stop all procedure and refund my money as they are not a trust worthy company at all. They keep apologizing and come with all sort of excuses like: "The Director who has to authorize the refund is out of the country, she is out of office... it was authorized but will only be made at the end of the month... The account manager still needs to process... we have a small problem with our account at the bank but this will be sorted in 2 days... we will give you a callback shortly (which they never done)... and so on. All I want to say is that this company gives a very bad service to its clients and they are just liars. I reserve the rights to approach legal teams to have the matter resolved and request compensation for the past two years I have been waiting.

Relocation Online VISA's be very wary
No one from management at this company ever makes the time to discuss matters with me about any VISA issues, invariably I do the following up.<br> Not only that but some person from accounts feels that they can argue moot points with me regarding my family and I's VISA application, not very cool at all. <br> As a customer I really feel disappointed in your services.<br> Especially the way my mom in law's VISA is being handled and then there is the audacity to try and charge me for a non -result which took over a year and a half to clarify.<br> If it were not for me constantly phoning the company only to discover that Jabu who was supposed to be assisting me had eventually resigned from your company then no one would have ever assisted me.<br> Do you really need my business, because it certainly doesn't look like it to me.<br> I've been in printing for 40 years and can't believe the difference in customer service of my company compared to yours!<br>
