Worst Visa Company

Hi All, do not use this company. They have cost us an absolute fortune, only to get visas rejected due to incorrect or insufficient documents sent. Visas issued for the wrong dates.

We were lied to and told they had submitted unabridged birth certificates for my son only to find out they only applied for the certificate after the visa for UK was denied. We were then told they need to reapply and this outcome would take 7 weeks due to the cricket world cup. We were told we are disorganized family by Candice their manager, now anyone that knows us will tell you that is the furthest from the truth.

They also bad mouthed previous clients to us that complained on Hello Peter telling us they are Nigerian con artists and all sorts of other rubbish.

I told my son to fetch all his documents and passport immediately. We applied directly for his Visa and submitted all our documents ourselves. We had approval within 2 weeks of submission.

We asked for a refund of our monies paid for their incompetence, and again Candice threw her staff under the bus saying they are the issue etc.

Bottom line we have to date still not received a refund on the over R11k that we spent with these scamsters. Do not use them, there are better companies that are way more honest, efficient and know what they are doing interms of Immigration and holiday visas. Their telephone manner and etiket is desireable, their Director Glynis and the Manager Candice, carrying on like banchees on the phone with my husband to the point where I had to intervene over a car kitt and then Candice proceded to send me aweful text messages.
