Active since Feb 2017
I have been trying to get connected for over 2 weeks, Vox is waiting for Openserve to release my line to get it active. The managers at Openserve does not even bother to respond. No one answers the customer care line. The Manager, Veloshnie, does not respond to urgent matters.
Sine 01 May, i have been trying to upgrade my two phones. then i was told i am only due 31 May, fine no problem, i wait. Since 31 May, i have been trying to upgrade, i go to the stores and no one has stock, i call online, they cannot help me as i am on the new system apparently, no i tried to do it through the online shop only to be told i am only due 2 july. every time i am due for an upgrade i am being told no its still another month. and NO ONE PHONES A PERSON BACK TO HELP. i have phoned MTN direct since the 01 June and i am still waiting on calls from 6 different agents that promised they will call back. non of the stores answer their calls. NOW MTN HOW EXACTLY WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO UPGRADE MY PHONES??? SHOULD I RATHER MOVE TO A NEW SERVICE PROVIDER THAT WILL JUMP AT ANYTHING TO SEE TO THEIR CLIENTS????????????????
You have broken my heart!! Your assistant manager made sure I walked out there with a broken heart after being your customer for 9 years!!! All because you refuse to resize a silver ring which I said I dont mind loosing the warranty but yet you still refused. I bought my promise ring by you. I bought my engagement ring by you and now I wanted to buy my wedding ring and only for you to tear my dreams apart!!
<p>Silas Rapoli messed my entire account up with MTN. It caused me to walk out the store in tears. Siplu changed my contract to sim only a few months ago. I requested that i only want to upgrade once i find a device i like. He said not to worry it will not affect my upgrade. NEWSFLAS it did....and now MTN is refusing to give me a device. What makes things worse is i never signed for any upgrade. But yet they say i was upgraded in 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>I demand an apology and demand that MTN sorts my account out and provide me with the device i requested!!!!</p> <p> </p>
