Pricy but they don't give false promises.
I have interacted with them for many years, I can say over 90% of the time, I have been happy. There was a specific time an employee made me use an external service that was unnecessarily and it was costly too. Other times, they have been delivering what they promise, although they are pricey. At least I like the fact they say it straightforward if something is impossible.

02 Jun 2023, 10:31I must say, I changed my mind about Relocation Online. I used to feel that the service I received was worth what I pay. Not anymore. I feel like I'm paying just to fill the application form. Relocation Online sending "updates" every week or fortnight changing a few words only makes you feel that it's not a computer generated, yet humans using a template. But that's it, not change for several months.
Unlike my experiences years ago,I'm quite disappointed.

The updates we send out to clients are to advise them that applications are currently still in process, years ago the Department of Home Affairs was not facing this major backlog. Unfortunately, the backlog with the Department of Home Affairs is out of our control and EVERYONE is currently facing the issue of waiting long for their outcomes.
