Dissatisfied with Remax Rockstars’ Selling Strategy

We listed our property with Remax Rockstars under the guidance of Rudi and were persuaded to accept their philosophy of encouraging low offers, even though we wanted to sell at a higher price. Unfortunately, this strategy attracted buyers who could not afford the property, with most objecting to the levies and rates.

When we raised our concerns and asked for a change in approach, the team refused to adjust. The first offer we received was more than R400,000 below our asking price. This left us feeling that the agency prioritises quick turnovers rather than achieving fair value for homeowners.

We are disappointed with the service and believe Remax Rockstars did not act in our best interests.
