Worse people to rent from.no transparency in their lease agreement,Totally in favour of the landlord and they don't give u the option of going on a month to month basis as they insist on having a lease in place or else give u eviction notice within 24 hrs. Even if their lease stipulates that after the lease period is over it will revert to month to month agreement.if the lease has to be terminated prematurely you are held liable for the remaining term of the lease.also they refuse to work out the penalties upfront when asked.definitely stay away from this rental company

Do not do any business with this company they are absolutely the worst to deal with. In the past 2 years that we as a complex has been with them, they didn't pay our water accounts 3 times which meant that we didn't have water at all. There are no communications from their side and their business ethics is absolutely terrible. We have resigned from this management agency and after 3 months we are still waiting for them to complete the handing over process to the new management agency. Remax Town and country doesn't have the know how to deal with complex management at all.

We bought a unit in a complex , there's water damage in the wall and carpots and cabinet remax and body cooperate are full of excuses don't want to help us.

They do NOT even deserve ONE star! ATROCIOUS service! Jeez,what a bunch of incompetent people,with a "dont care" attitude.(NADIA and CONNIE SNYMAN). When we met for the key handover,I wanted to cancel the lease that minute,because the property was definitely not ready for occupation. But I had already paid the R450 plus the deposit and signed the lease. (march 2022) It has been a nightmare ever since,and reporting problems goes unanswered,or they try to shift their responsibility onto me. They have a seriously pathetic attitude towards their tenants(judging from what I read),as long as they get the rent on time...they are happy and to hell with rest!

Re/max town and country in the westrand areas. They took over from another company for 3 months towards the lapse of my 2 year contract with the previous company. They do outgoing inspection and decides the damages I found in the house should be paid by me with my deposit without enquiring about incoming inspection from the previous agent. They even took off my deposit a monthly rental for March while I moved out in month end of February 2020. They don’t even send me an email or something to explain why they are not sending me the rest of the deposit with interests accumulated, not even the amounts regarding the water and electricity consumptions for February before I moved out. Total reap off with no communication whatsoever.I want my money back.
