On 23 July 2017at 20:30 I have ordered 4x products from Remedy Health online. After two weeks and still, no parcel received from them, I contacted their number ( which I received from their website (note: where I ordered products online from). After phoning multiple times, not succeeding and the person on the other side of the phone will just put you through to someone else without saying a word...and so the game continued...I just wanted to know when will I receive my parcel (already paid for). They told me that my order number is invalid...(which I received an email from Remedy health stating " THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER" - with a order number THEY sent me. After multiple phonecalls, emails, they would ask me every time "On which site did I order?" I gave them the site, in which the one lady responded "No, it is not our website"...while sitting in front of my pc, my screen opend on the "Website" asking if this is Remedy Health, if their address are :

With their contact number +27 11 ********** (I used this source of info to contact the person I was speaking with. I asked her if this website is a hoax. She answered she does not know. I told her that they should check it out because all their information is on the site and I made a direct payment on the site. I said that I was going to report the site as a scam.
After 5 minutes I receive a call from Remedy Health and the lady CONFIRMED that it is their website, and that it is their new webite but it is not working yet. (How did I place an order then?) Going through the WHOLE story again ...ordered it online... she told me that my order number is invalid...me telling her that it is the order number THEY have sent me (as I can pick my own order number). She took ALL my details again, and I had to email her the email with the order number they have sent to me. After the telephonic discussion I sent her all the details per electronic mail...I have never heard a word from them again. I phoned Remedy Health (number form website, which I atleast have confirmation form that it is their website) on 1/09/2017 to ASK again how far my parcel is, thinking THEY would come back to me as numerous people took my details and all information is sent in an email. The person I wanted to speak to was not available.I left a message for her to phone me back. Another lady phoned me back, telling me again that my order number is invalid. I had to explain the WHOLE SITUATION again and I told her that they have got all my details. She took again my contact infromation and "invalid order number" and said she would phone me back. It is today 05/09/2017, still no one has phoned me back, my problem has not been solved, I received no parcel, I want my money back ... a manager can phone me with no excuses, valid answers and a ASAP plan to give me my money back...
