I ordered slippers size M to fit woman feet size 6 to 7 as stipulated on their website. Upon receival of the slippers it showed size M, but for feet size 8 and 9 on the package. So a total discrepancy as to what they advertise on their website. After numerous requests in order to exchange the slippers for a size S to their contact person, nicolej@ remedyhealth.co.za, no response were received. This indicated to me that I am dealing with a company that do not care about customer satisfaction. So my advice to any buyers is to refrain from buying online from them because of their unreliable slipper size chart and poor customer support.

I bought the Remedy Health Copper Slimming Belt , unfortunately the purchased size was small and reason is because I thought the material stretchers , and yes there is a size guide provided to help ,when you have not seen something you one always can never be sure until arrival. When I received my belt I realized it was small and doesn't stress for me to even try it on, I immediately make contact to find out how I can get an exchange and I was told due to Covid 19 Hygiene reasons I cannot exchange this. I feel robbed and deceived despite their reason of refusing to exchange it for me. 1. All retailers now allow exchanges even of Bras, actually they would advise you to buy without fitting and if it doesn't fit you can exchange , why is this so difficult to happen in this case. 2. I feel that if that is the case it should be clearly stated before one concluded the sale online that you cannot exchange before you finalize your purchase because common practices are embedded on us of exchange rights ,most times some of us we conclude a sale without even reading every single thing that is written on the website. 3. I feel robbed of my money for a belt that is now sitting without any use, that is completely wrong. If you want to purchase this belt know that its gambling. most likely even if you may choose the correct size you will NEVER get your money back. And the customer service is appalling, their manner of handling customers is terrible.

I recieved a teeth whitening kit without any molds. After reportingvthis and enquiring about the molds I recieved e-mails asking me about the package and who opened it. I even sent pictures via e-mail. I have tried getting correspondance from them, but up to today have not recieved any answers regarding the mould and no feedback on my e-mails. It was a waste of money, as I cannot use the priduct due to missing items.

On 23 July 2017at 20:30 I have ordered 4x products from Remedy Health online. After two weeks and still, no parcel received from them, I contacted their number ( which I received from their website (note: where I ordered products online from). After phoning multiple times, not succeeding and the person on the other side of the phone will just put you through to someone else without saying a word...and so the game continued...I just wanted to know when will I receive my parcel (already paid for). They told me that my order number is invalid...(which I received an email from Remedy health stating " THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER" - with a order number THEY sent me. After multiple phonecalls, emails, they would ask me every time "On which site did I order?" I gave them the site, in which the one lady responded "No, it is not our website"...while sitting in front of my pc, my screen opend on the "Website" asking if this is Remedy Health, if their address are : Homemark Pty (Ltd) 39 Commerce Crescent Eastgate Ext Sandton With their contact number +27 11 ********** (I used this source of info to contact the person I was speaking with. I asked her if this website is a hoax. She answered she does not know. I told her that they should check it out because all their information is on the site and I made a direct payment on the site. I said that I was going to report the site as a scam. After 5 minutes I receive a call from Remedy Health and the lady CONFIRMED that it is their website, and that it is their new webite but it is not working yet. (How did I place an order then?) Going through the WHOLE story again ...ordered it online... she told me that my order number is invalid...me telling her that it is the order number THEY have sent me (as I can pick my own order number). She took ALL my details again, and I had to email her the email with the order number they have sent to me. After the telephonic discussion I sent her all the details per electronic mail...I have never heard a word from them again. I phoned Remedy Health (number form website, which I atleast have confirmation form that it is their website) on 1/09/2017 to ASK again how far my parcel is, thinking THEY would come back to me as numerous people took my details and all information is sent in an email. The person I wanted to speak to was not available.I left a message for her to phone me back. Another lady phoned me back, telling me again that my order number is invalid. I had to explain the WHOLE SITUATION again and I told her that they have got all my details. She took again my contact infromation and "invalid order number" and said she would phone me back. It is today 05/09/2017, still no one has phoned me back, my problem has not been solved, I received no parcel, I want my money back ... a manager can phone me with no excuses, valid answers and a ASAP plan to give me my money back...
