Worst experience referring to Department of home affairs FNB Burgersfort branch
FNB Burgersfort department of home affairs is under the wors supervision. The employee in charge of just handing out an ID card made my son and husband wait almost 3 hours just to collect the cards. People entering the bank after them got their cards almost immediately, now this begs the question, do you have to a specific race to be assisted in getting your ID card within a few minutes or is there a problem with the employee that is handling the ID cards.

No assistance
I had 2 adults on my application but my confirmation only shows 1 adult, I have tried phoning the customer service number but cannot get someone to speak to or get back to me. I need help urgently and no assistance from bookings.com. Due to this I will never recommend this site to anyone ever again

Vodacom Three Rivers Vereeniging - De*****ing the elderly.
Vodacom Three rivers Vereeninging has the worst, ************* and unreliable staff, they steel from elderly people and make them wait for months on end and no one assists them. My parents have lost over R16000 within 2 months from Vodacom, they keep making promises to pay their money back as the deduction was incorrect, due to someone from Vodacom making an upgrade on their names without consent. Excuse after excuse and still no one is assisting them, the money deducted was for them for Food, petrol and basics in the house, and no one feels a thing for them. Vodacom Three rivers Vereeniging, shame on you!!!. Taking money is easy but paying an incorrect deduction back due to your fault apparently never happens, you promised them 3 working days, it has been more than two months, but still no assistance.

No molds in kit and no feedback
I recieved a teeth whitening kit without any molds. After reportingvthis and enquiring about the molds I recieved e-mails asking me about the package and who opened it. I even sent pictures via e-mail. I have tried getting correspondance from them, but up to today have not recieved any answers regarding the mould and no feedback on my e-mails. It was a waste of money, as I cannot use the priduct due to missing items.

I have never been helped so quick and efficiently. I think that the staff of Capitec Bank in Three rivers Vereeniging is excellent. Than you guys
