Remedy Health Poor Service

I ordered slippers size M to fit woman feet size 6 to 7 as stipulated on their website. Upon receival of the slippers it showed size M, but for feet size 8 and 9 on the package. So a total discrepancy as to what they advertise on their website. After numerous requests in order to exchange the slippers for a size S to their contact person, nicolej@ remedyhealth.co.za, no response were received. This indicated to me that I am dealing with a company that do not care about customer satisfaction. So my advice to any buyers is to refrain from buying online from them because of their unreliable slipper size chart and poor customer support.

Great Shop Best Service

Ordered an Acebeam K60 and received it at special price although sale was over. Item was delivered within 24 hours in perfect condition. Shop is highly recommended. Jean Hugo

Blades and Triggers Online Pathetic Service

Ordered a knife from them and did online payment that went through as normal. After two days still no reply from them. Phoned Yusuf at Heidelberg branch who apparentely deal with online queries and told me he is still awaiting approval from head office. Sent proof of payment to him and still no response after three days. This company is the worst and can learn from Takelot. I will never order anything from them again and advise other knife collectors to avoid them like the pest. There is no communication from their side as to what is status of your order. Compared to Takelot these people are absolute lost in terms of service delivery. Please do not do business with them.
