I purchased hair from your Menlyn Main store and after the first wash, I was advised that the quality is not good and not worth the price. I returned to the store requesting a refund, but I was told only an exchange was possible.
I felt pressured into selecting another unit, however, the replacement has the same issues it sheds, tangles, and looks synthetic.
I paid R6,600.00 and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the quality of both units. At this point, I no longer want an exchange. I am formally requesting a full refund as the product is not of acceptable quality.
