Remote Gigz - ****

Created a user profile, paid R399.99 subscription and immediately after that i received an email to say subscription has been cancelled and i have the option of processing a refund and I've still not received anything. When I check the website it still says Processing Application and will take 24hrs hours. This application was done a month ago. I just want my money back.
