Very poor from Renault that i board my car Renault Kwid 1.0 2021 model 11months back on the 28 April 2021and i took it in for service and battery check as it hardly starts after a few minutes, i took my car in on the 7th April 2022 and only to 22 April 2022 they say the battery cant be replaced but its leaking acid, my car is my the dealer in Witbank and for 2 weeks im waiting on my car and a battery replacement but nothing. So now i must pay for the battery. How is this possible?

My car is still at the dealer since it went in on the 07 April 2022 for battery leaking acid, till today 26 April still not replaced. Warrenty declines a faulty battery but the car is not even a year old

Goodday can i please be assisted im still waiting on my Renault Kwid for battery replacement. Still nothing and they have 100 excuses when i call them. Almost a whole month without a car which im paying. They the worse ever dealership i think on this planet. How do they sleep knowing a family is out of a vehicle thats standing in their garage for a month of struggle to get kids to school. Please assist 🙏
