I received the worst service from this branch. I called to book for maintenance for my car, I was told to bring it the following day in the morning which I did. When I fetched my car in the afternoon nothing was done. I was told all kinds of excuses, no one took accountability and they did not even care. I will never take my car to this branch ever again.

Good day, I bought a car at Renault Witbank dealership in December 2021. It is a Renault Triber 2021 model. I am a widow who needs a reliable car to take me where I need to be. Like getting to work and taking my daughter to school every day. I am no expert when it comes to cars, but I really loved this car as it was also what I can afford. However, within the 1st week of driving the vehicle, I noticed that it refs extremely high and lost speed almost instantly. I went back to the dealership and told them about this and they reluctantly claimed that there was nothing wrong with the car. The frustration comes in when I am driving let's say at 100km/p, and reach an almost invisible steep, the car will literally lose momentum and drop its speed automatically. That time I am in a fast lane driving in bumper-to-bumper traffic. This causes havoc and panic, as I cannot always move from the fast lane into to slow lane at the speed it drops. They also told me in no uncertain terms that they cannot exchange the vehicle for me and if they do, I will have to fork out almost R2000 on top of the premium that I'm paying currently to afford another brand or model. This will then be so pricey for a second-hand car with a much older year value I was referred by a friend to lay my grievance to you and try and get some form of assistance with regard to this matter. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated Kind regards, Catrien De Wet

What a joke... They refused to assist me with a warenty claim on a new car by the way. They also refused to follow their own policies to assist me. I had to contact head office and they got them to contact me and make arrangements. They did phone me and was to phone me back in regards with plans to fix my car and assist me with the isseus the new car has. That was in April. I am still waiting and now its June. I had to fix my car myself after a wire melted and I was stranded next to the road for 3 hours, had to pay a tow truck, had to pay an auto electrician R6.5k to fix my car, just because their service is up to ****. ? Just for you, and may your store burn down
