I have been staying at Highveld View Estate in Witbank since 2024 and recently moved out. I have been waiting for my deposit the entire month of February and have done several follow ups, to-date no response has been received. I am not sure how they conduct their business and how they deal with tenants. I would appreciate assistance from management urgently

I received the worst service from this branch. I called to book for maintenance for my car, I was told to bring it the following day in the morning which I did. When I fetched my car in the afternoon nothing was done. I was told all kinds of excuses, no one took accountability and they did not even care. I will never take my car to this branch ever again.
I would like to give Renault the Glen five stars for their excellent service. Their staff members are friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. They delivered exceptional service and fulfilled all the promises they made. Well done!
Cancelling the gym membership after the agreed period seems to be a nightmare. The staff member who does the cancellations called Selina told me that it is not her problem that at their reception did not follow the process. I was promised a follow up call but I did not receive any call.
I'm getting frustrated by Standard Bank Building Insurance. My geyser burst and I have sent through the documents they requested, and I have not received any feedback since. I have made follow up calls and I was given the email address of my claim handler, when I sent the email I received an out of office reply. I then sent through the email to the email address stated on the out of office reply, in which I received another out of office reply. At this point I am not sure if my claim will ever be handled. The service is horrible. I have a car insurance with them too and I am considering changing it since this is the kind of service that they are offering. This is really frustrating. From reading the reviews, I can tell that there's a lot of dissatisfied customers and I do not think Standard Bank Insurance cares, I am losing hope really.

Telkom Nicolway Bryanston has the worst service I have ever experienced. I applied for a contract; they did not bother giving feedback on my application. I had to go there and check the progress. Now they have cancelled my order due to accessories availability, they again did not bother to inform me. I asked for the store manager to give me a call, guess what, she never bothered to call me back. I went there to ask for answers, the store manager gave me attitude. What a wow
