Renault the Glen did the 60 000 kms service twice on my vehicle and didn’t bother to check the service book. They said I can only get a partial refund, it’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t have my money back.

Great service from the service manager, i think his name is Lilo, compared to every where we took our car. The guy explained to us everything needed in time especially the car parts that are worn out and needs replacements. He gives peace of mind, and driving Renault with confidence

Good day, I sent an email, dated 30 Sept, to date, no response of any sort!!!! The email.....! My Renault Triber was serviced on the 04/03/2024, I recently went to the garage and requested that they check my oil. To my horror my oil was totally filthy!!! My question is, why was the oil change not done?

I would like to give Renault the Glen five stars for their excellent service. Their staff members are friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. They delivered exceptional service and fulfilled all the promises they made. Well done!

Really disappointed I have to take my car in for the 5th time in the last 2 months for the same problem please think 3 times before taking your Renault to get serviced or to get fixed especially if it is a warranty they don't bother only if you have to pay then they worry so customer satisfaction is not hi priority to them the only thing they is priority is your money in there bank that's all

Behaving the horrible experience witj servicing my car at the Glen. The ETA is never correct. They offer shuttle services conditionally and i only get to knpw this when i have left. Service consults are just pushing jobs zero customer service as if they're doing you a favor

I wrote to Group 1 Renault, The Glen, on Thursday 13th April requesting prices on various filters for a Koleos. I received an e-mail requesting my VIN number which I sent through on Friday morning and the same afternoon I received an official quotation listing all the filters and their prices. I went through on Tuesday 18th April (2 working days later) to buy one of the filters. At the parts counter they used the quote I gave them to get the part number for the filter which was then brought through. I paid at the window and when I got back to my car looked at the invoice and found the cost of the filter had increased by just under 18%. I went back in but the parts desk had closed so I showed one of the Service Advisors the quote I had been sent plus the invoice. He said it was obviously an error, took photocopies of both, and said he would sort it out the next day. I heard nothing further the next day, not even a courtesy call to let me know it was, or was not, being resolved. Only after my following up with another email did I receive a reply that basically said ’‘the price on the invoice is correct and, if the price was discounted on the quote I should have informed them”. The quote, which he had used to obtain the part number, shows zero discount. I pointed this out in a reply email as well as the fact that both the quote and the invoice are pulled off the same database and the invoice cannot increase magically by 18%. To date I have received no further correspondence which, to be frank, is just telling me ”P*ss off… it is what it is. you pay what we tell you… not what was quoted”.

If I could give half a star I would. From the time I booked my car via the website to me calling in to confirm and even till the last which was receiving my car after it had been service. Their service is just pathetic and it was the 2nd year in a row I experienced poor service from this dealer. The service consultant (Gladness) still has the nerve to make me a liar after giving feedback to Lorraine who called me days after the service, saying that I never said that I am a waiting-customer when I emphasized that to her as well as when I called to confirm my booking for the 02/12/2022. I was the 5th car in line that day and even after saying I am a waiting client, they assured me the car would be back and in time for my appointment for 12pm elsewhere, to my surprise, more then 4 cars were collected before mine. It took them 3hours 30minutes + and my car was not even washed properly after returning it, if I had waited for them to wash it properly I was going to be late for my 12pm meeting. THEY DONT EVEN COMPLETE THE WRITING IN THE SERVICE BOOK!!!
