Pathetic service that I have received from Motus Centurion. They have promised me a car and asked for a holding deposit of 5000.00.I have also emailed Ronald my proof of address,drivers licence and Id as per his request.I have promised them I will pay for the car within 3 days when I called to go and collect the car I was told that the car has already been sold . Now am struggling to get my refund back. I have completed the required paper work to get my refund back but now am struggling to get it back. When I call the reception to ask if they have processed my refund when transferred to finance no one answers when I try to call the sales person Ronald he is ignoring my calls and my whassap messages. I ended up calling the motus in menlyn to assist me with the number of the dealer principal they gave it to me when I call him Vos he apologized and promised me that I will get my refund Friday the 28th of November and said that if I don't get it I should call him. I called him several times and he is no longer taking my calls nor getting back to me. Pathetic service I have received when they want your money they will call you non stop and now that they are supposed to refund my money they ignore you and make you to beg for your own money. I want my money back.
