ZERO STARS! Not sure how this place is in business! I was just wanting to establish the diagnostic and quote charge on a Renault Clio. Email to service address listed on website went unanswered. Message sent using website contact form resulted in a WhatsApp a few minutes later from a sales rep thanking me for our phone conversation and my interest in a new car - asking for documentation etc! When I explained that I had never called and had a service query the response was "ok thanks"! I did then phone but the one person who I needed to ask was not available. Left my details. Got a call the following morning from somebody else and when I asked my question she asked if I was happy with the car I was driving!! WTAF?? Guess who will NEVER receive my business?

Renault Centurion, they've always giving me a good service and am so happy about that. Am just disappointed after I have called twice to book for my vehicle, as I called explained that the alignment of my boot is not well aligned. The sales person said I must call workshop but when I do they always say they will call me back even now they haven't called. 😞 We haven't noticed that alignment was off after purchasing the vehicle.

Renault Centurion, they've always giving me a good service and am so happy about that. Over the weekend prior to the service I had the following new parts installed by an independent mechanic in my presence: - Stabilizer links (both sides) - Wheel bearings (both back and front) - Rear axle I booked the service with Renault to have the vehicle serviced as it was due. When I collected the car on 22nd December at 17:00 I immediately noticed a Clear rattling noise coming from the front suspension area (not present before the service) - Several components feeling noticeably loose when checking by hand - General feeling that the front end is no longer tight and composed as it was when I dropped the vehicle off. Yesterday 23 December at 07:45 the service warning light came on again stating that the vehicle is due for service – despite the fact that the service had just been performed the previous day. At around 08:00AM I called the service department. I was told that a text message would be sent to me and that I should reply to that message. As of the time of writing this complaint I have still received no communication and no appointment offer. I spoke to a guy named Sam and he said he would call me back. When I tried to teach him again during the day I was told he's busy and would call me back which he never did. The lady at reception keeps telling me stories about the serviceability of my car. I expect this matter to be treated with the seriousness it deserves given the safety implications. I hold Renault fully responsible for the deterioration of my vehicle. I reserve the right to escalate this matter to the Motor Industry Ombudsman should this not be resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

Pathetic service that I have received from Motus Centurion. They have promised me a car and asked for a holding deposit of 5000.00.I have also emailed Ronald my proof of address,drivers licence and Id as per his request.I have promised them I will pay for the car within 3 days when I called to go and collect the car I was told that the car has already been sold . Now am struggling to get my refund back. I have completed the required paper work to get my refund back but now am struggling to get it back. When I call the reception to ask if they have processed my refund when transferred to finance no one answers when I try to call the sales person Ronald he is ignoring my calls and my whassap messages. I ended up calling the motus in menlyn to assist me with the number of the dealer principal they gave it to me when I call him Vos he apologized and promised me that I will get my refund Friday the 28th of November and said that if I don't get it I should call him. I called him several times and he is no longer taking my calls nor getting back to me. Pathetic service I have received when they want your money they will call you non stop and now that they are supposed to refund my money they ignore you and make you to beg for your own money. I want my money back.

Good day Renault Team, I am writing on behalf of my aunt who is 62 years regarding an unresolved matter from June 2025. She took her vehicle to your Service Centre to address an airbag warning light. After a diagnostic test, she received and accepted a quotation to fix the airbag issue only. However, upon collecting her car, she noticed a rattling sound that was not present before. She was then informed that a part had been changed without her consent or prior authorisation. She immediately returned the vehicle and spoke with the manager, who acknowledged the error and agreed to reinstall the original part and process a refund. Despite this assurance, and after several follow-ups and resending of banking details multiple times, she has still not received the refund. We have been engaging with Samantha, who has repeatedly promised to resolve the matter, but unfortunately, no action has been taken to date. We kindly request that Renault urgently rectifies this issue and processes the refund as agreed. This matter has been pending for several months and has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide a clear timeline for resolution. Is this how you treat elderly people???????
