Over the weekend prior to the service I had the following new parts installed by an independent mechanic in my presence: - Stabilizer links (both sides) - Wheel bearings (both back and front) - Rear axle I booked the service with Renault to have the vehicle serviced as it was due. When I collected the car on 22nd December at 17:00 I immediately noticed a Clear rattling noise coming from the front suspension area (not present before the service) - Several components feeling noticeably loose when checking by hand - General feeling that the front end is no longer tight and composed as it was when I dropped the vehicle off. Yesterday 23 December at 07:45 the service warning light came on again stating that the vehicle is due for service – despite the fact that the service had just been performed the previous day. At around 08:00AM I called the service department. I was told that a text message would be sent to me and that I should reply to that message. As of the time of writing this complaint I have still received no communication and no appointment offer. I spoke to a guy named Sam and he said he would call me back. When I tried to teach him again during the day I was told he's busy and would call me back which he never did. The lady at reception keeps telling me stories about the serviceability of my car. I expect this matter to be treated with the seriousness it deserves given the safety implications. I hold Renault fully responsible for the deterioration of my vehicle. I reserve the right to escalate this matter to the Motor Industry Ombudsman should this not be resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
Im absolutely furious with the abysmal service I received from your restaurant via Uber Eats on May 30, 2025. I placed an order at 17:15, expecting delivery by 18:45 as promised. Instead, my meal, which cost a whopping R454, arrived TWO HOURS LATE at 19:15, cold, and completely messed up! This is utterly unacceptable for a restaurant of your supposed caliber, especially since I’m located close to Attlyn Mall. To make matters worse, the driver informed me that he was given the wrong order and had to turn back, wasting even more of my time. This isn’t a one-off issue—this is an ongoing problem with your branch, and I’m beyond fed up. For a premium price, I expect hot food, delivered on time, and correct. Instead, I got a disappointing, subpar experience that left me deeply dissatisfied and frankly insulted. I demand an explanation and compensation for this unacceptable service.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the consistent order errors and the unacceptable behavior of different staff members at Nkomo village McDonald's branch. Over the past week, I have repeatedly experienced incorrect orders, including missing items and incorrect meal combinations. The most recent incident involved the complete absence of a kid's meal that I had specifically ordered. In addition to these errors, a staff member displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and customer service. When I brought the issue to their attention, they dismissively stated that they "don't care" and suggested I report the matter to Hello Peter if I had the "guts." Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues, including retraining staff on order accuracy and customer service etiquette. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by The Courier Guy in regard to the handling of my recent parcel delivery. Despite multiple attempts at delivery, my parcel was returned to the hub numerous times without any communication from The Courier Guy. I was only made aware of this issue after contacting their customer service department to complain, the consultant was rude. I was then informed that it was my responsibility to go and retrieve the parcel from the nearest police station. Furthermore, I found the behaviour of the staff at their hub and the delivery guy to be rude and unprofessional, which only added to my disappointment with their services. I expect better communication and customer service from a reputable company like The Courier Guy. I hope that this issue can be addressed promptly and that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter. This creche is not good for our kids. The Principal focuses more on money than our children and their learning outcomes. My son came home with scratches on his face and ears (slightly bleeding) numerous times and she only told me about those when I called to inquire. She doesn't want to take responsibility and only says my boy is naughty. It's always my boys fault. This morning she wanted me to make a July payment and I only make payments on the 25th of each month. She then told me to look for a new creche for my boy. The creche is located in Atteridgeville Cnr Gomba and Thage Street. She loves money more than our kids, her name is Thandiwe Mofomate the principal, she is used to people who just agree with whatever she says. And her creche is not registered for that matter
On the 05th December 2022, I bought plastering sand at Dean's Hardware in Lotus Gardens Pta West. I bought 5 cubic and only 3 cubic was delivered. I called Dean complaining about about the sand and he told me his employees will deliver the remaining 2 cubic and i never received the remaining sand till today. I called him everyday since the 05th till today he's ignoring my calls. I just want people to know the type of service we get from local businesses. I prefer supporting white businesses to avoid disappointments because local businesses are full of disappointments and poor service
I received bad service from KFC on numerous occasions. About 5 times I was treated bad, given bad attitude. I let it slide but on Thursday I received the worst experience ever. I ordered wings and was told to wait at the parking lot the order will be brought to me. I waited for an hour then decided to go inside and check my order, they told me that wings are not ready, 2 hours later I went in again and asked why the long wait. I was told I should have came in and fetch my order, the manager doesn't allow them to bring orders at the parking lot yet they told me they would bring the order. Sunday night I went to buy wings again because I love KFC dunked wings, I went to the drive through again then I was told to wait 15 minutes. I asked to see the manager due to my previous experiences, he told me to wait like the lady said, I refused and told him if I wanted to wait I would have came inside the shop. he then told me straight that I can report him because I'm under the influence. I decided to switch off my engine and wait for the order at drive thru, guess what I got my order 2 mins later. If our black brothers treat us like this what must we do? Must we keep quite because we're black and suffer in silence or what?
