ZERO STARS! Not sure how this place is in business! I was just wanting to establish the diagnostic and quote charge on a Renault Clio. Email to service address listed on website went unanswered. Message sent using website contact form resulted in a WhatsApp a few minutes later from a sales rep thanking me for our phone conversation and my interest in a new car - asking for documentation etc! When I explained that I had never called and had a service query the response was "ok thanks"! I did then phone but the one person who I needed to ask was not available. Left my details. Got a call the following morning from somebody else and when I asked my question she asked if I was happy with the car I was driving!! WTAF?? Guess who will NEVER receive my business?
Quick response received to a WhatsApp query before I bought a laptop battery and really fast order processing - item received in under 24 hours (Pretoria to Durban). Battery has given my laptop some new life! Thank you!
Received incredibly fast, friendly and professional service from weFix after picking up a small fault on the camera of an iPhone bought through them online. Phone was collected, repaired and returned via courier in the same week. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again based on this alone. Thanks weFix team!

I have 2 numbers on my account (mine and my daughter's). I took up a Black Friday offer made by a Cell C Business Sales Consultant for my daughter's line as this was due to be done in December anyway. As my number is also overdue for an upgrade, the consultant asked if I didn't want to take a second upgrade as well. I agreed and the paperwork was submitted on 23/11. On 26/11 I was called and informed that I was only able to take up one offer on the special - despite this not being mentioned on the ads published or the consultant even being aware of it at the time. This is a breach of agreement in terms of the concept of "offer and acceptance" in contract law and I would expect this to be resolved. I don't think the consultant is necessarily to blame as she was not made aware of any restriction, hence her offer to me of two upgrades.
