I have been contacting you guys the whole day. To update my odometer on your tracking device, but well the people helping me they haven't done anything to solve it instead they resetted it from better to worse. How many times should I call you to fix only one simple thing ? It's like am dealing with unprofessionalism 😩
Renault Centurion, they've always giving me a good service and am so happy about that. Am just disappointed after I have called twice to book for my vehicle, as I called explained that the alignment of my boot is not well aligned. The sales person said I must call workshop but when I do they always say they will call me back even now they haven't called. 😞 We haven't noticed that alignment was off after purchasing the vehicle.
Cartrack only thing they know is to call you after missing a payment. Remove a battery or something they will call you after 24 hours. I have made my payment on Friday last week but they busy blocking my app. Such a poor service of them, it's like they only after money nothing more. Ain't happy with your poor service.
DSV ROAD they work like unprofessional company. I have card to be delivered which is a new card they know very well that a new account must be delivered on the bank branch, whistle they call me for what? Because they were supposed to deliver my card on the Branch now they telling me I have to wait 2 to 3 days for them to deliver it to Olievenhoutbosch Plaza Standard Bank. They lack customer service and professionalism. Because they were supposed to deliver my card on Wednesday on the Branch instead to keep the card or roam with it... They even lack communication as they don't even contact me nor bank to ask. Such a useless service they offer.
Well am so disappointed with the Standard Bank. I have app**** for Credit Card whistle they preach it takes 5 to 7 days to be delivered on the Branch. It's been 8 days now but still no communication no delivery has been made, this kind of service is poor. Am real disappointed with em, there is no way it take 7 days + to deliver a card. On other banks e.g Nedbank it takes only 3 days to satisfy customer and deliver their card.
Am real real not happy with the online services from this store, I have ordered on the 5th of December, my order was supposed to be delivered today on the 11th of December but I haven't received any feedback or any email saying your order is being prepared for delivery. Whistle I need to use the items on Saturday. Am real not happy with this service, even Temu doesn't take this long to deliver.
Ain't happy with Makro online shopping at all. I have ordered items on the 3rd of October. My deliveries were splitted. I received 1st delivery on time. But the second delivery is delaying, no communication not even yet shipped. You keep calling they tell you that they will sort it out with another department. Such a big store with poor customer service 😒. Am very disappointed at Makro. I don't think I will ever shop online at Makro.
