MOTUS RENAULT TYGERVALLEY UNABLE TO FIX MY WINDOW !

I have been waiting for 2 months, going onto 3, for a new 'part' for my window that no longer works. It is the driver's window, and this problem is not only annoying but also dangerous. I live in Cape Town and have to travel around for work, so you can imagine now having to open my car door just to put in petrol or get a parking ticket.

They are not able to tell me what the hold up is - They just share 'it's coming from France' , things ordered from CHINA gets here quicker !

I WOULD LIKE MY WINDOW FIXED BY THE END OF THIS MONTH !!
