I have been waiting for 2 months, going onto 3, for a new 'part' for my window that no longer works. It is the driver's window, and this problem is not only annoying but also dangerous. I live in Cape Town and have to travel around for work, so you can imagine now having to open my car door just to put in petrol or get a parking ticket. They are not able to tell me what the hold up is - They just share 'it's coming from France' , things ordered from CHINA gets here quicker ! I WOULD LIKE MY WINDOW FIXED BY THE END OF THIS MONTH !!

The worst car service ever.I regret taking my car to this dealership. Took my car for a regular service and 7 days later my car stopped working. Called they dealership, they don't care. Today is day 4 and my car is still not moving.They have agreed to tow my car and received any communication further.

No service. No reply on e-mails. My Renault Kiger's front window stopped working. Part was supposed to be ordered in December. After returing from leave late in January, trying to follow up if part has arrived. No reply when messages are left, no reply on e-mails queries.

If I could give a zero I would. Waiting for since August for a basic part for fuel flap movement. I've phoned every week/two weeks. No communication ever from their side. Today (2 December) I went in person in sheer frustration as phone calls clearly don't get taken seriously or returned. Their "excuse" there was a communication error?!

The service l recieved at Renault is extremely poor. They just don't care, even after countless complaints they fail to deliver. I took my car in for a service and it was perfectly fine until after the service then it started giving me problems. When l picked my car after the service they said "see you Next year with a new car", this happened in Dec 2022. Now after a few days my car wouldn't start, l was Jumpstarted twice then l bough a new battery. That didn't help either because the following day my car died and it's been 4weeks since they took it. The funny thing is that after it was towed, with the request from renault roadside assist, l phoned a week and nobody in that company knew where my car was, because they didn't follow up with the towing company. They didn't even know who picked up my car, ridiculous if you ask me. I have had to phone these people every 2nd or 3rd day to find out what the problem is, eventually they told me they "SUSPECT" its the card that stopped working, requested l bring my 2nd key and l did but that didn't work either. How can a big company like this tell me they suspect, shouldn't they be experienced enough to find the fault in the vehicle!!! I don't have a car for 4weeks now, every time l make a call, they promise to call me back but they never do. The service is extremely poor, they don't even deserve 1 * they deserve ZERO.

Pathetic aftersales service, a brand new car with a dead battery only the 2nd day and roadside assistance is not unlimited. this dealership do not treat your problem with urgency at all. the service manager must speak to the parts manager who must speak to workshop manager, a whole lot of talking and no doing!!! while they are busy talking about the issue I am sitting with a brand new car that does not want to start in the mornings. I thought If I buy a Renault brand new I won't have issues but clearly that is not the case.

Pathetic aftersales service, a brand new car with a dead battery only the 2nd day and roadside assistance is not unlimited. this dealership do not treat your problem with urgency at all. the service manager must speak to the parts manager who must speak to workshop manager, a whole lot of talking and no doing!!! while they are busy talking about the issue I am sitting with a brand new car that does not want to start in the mornings. I thought If I buy a Renault brand new I won't have issues but clearly that is not the case.

The Tygervalley branch aftersales is non-existant.I bought my car in November and it had a side mirror issue.It is now June and my mirror is still not fixed.They keep ordering the part. There seems to be a lot of confusion happening at that branch.Even when I needed my new licence plate to be put on , no one contacted me. I had to go in a month later on my own and my licence was just laying there.

If there was zero for this review I would give it to TYGERVALLEY RENAULT ..I booked for my car major service a month before the date and I was given the quote so i knew what will be done and they knew also.arriving at their workshop on the date GERART did not prepare paperwork and I had to show them confirmation SMS that I am supposed to be there .left the car and fetched the car at 17:00 only to find out they only did minor service ...campbelt not replaced and I was not told this during the day.my car is still is showing warning sign on the dashboard that it's not serviced because they did not tick it off on the system ...apparently the system is offline.i was ****ed off which I still am because they were not professional enough to tell me what is happening,I wasted my full day for nothing for a car that was booked.what is the point of making a booking then?they told me that I need to bring the car back and they will do all without doing any booking(really!!).why not call the client during the day or prior the day and explain the issue!!yeeeerrrrrrrr
