Recently did a quote for car insurance Was not even offered the cashback because they did not beat what i am currently paying as they say on their adverts
Kuil river Access Park bad bad pathetic service.I bought sneakers from the sample sneakers on Friday 31/01/2025,today is tuesday 05/02/2025 to return it because its a bit tight on my toes only to be told i cannot return it but on the slip it clearly says items can be returned within 7 days of purchase. I did not expect this kind of service from NEW BALANCE.now i a sitting with a sneaker i cannot wear because they cannot take it.if they told me on friday that they do not take returns on sample sneakers i would have fitted it in the shop but no one told me that.I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM NEW BALANCE AGAIN!!!
I logged a fault on the 28 th of may 2024,today is the 5th of june and eskom has not come to resolve the fault.i have no electricity,is that normal!!
The lady seems to be a manager in Cape Gate branch was so rude and mean.i went to fetch my card at Cape gate branch with my 1year boy.my child was just playing around and she said I must stop him from making noise because other people are here to do their banking.i was like WOW ..so I am not here to also do my banking!! For god sake how do I stop a child from playing and making bubbles...do I put my hand on his mouth!!. I was going to understand if the child was crying.i had to leave the branch without finishing what I was doing because of her..I am moving to another bank after using fnb for more than 20 years because of her.
I submitted my funeral claim via email on the 22 dec 2023 and up to this day of 4th Jan 2024 I have not received any communication or whatever.i then decided to go to Bellville branch on the 2nd Jan 2024 and they told me the claim was submitted already earlier in the morning of 2nd Jan 2024.today is the 4th I still have not heard anything from them.i will not recommend this company to any one.
It's very hard to return an item on takealot...please minimise your buying to this company
If there was zero for this review I would give it to TYGERVALLEY RENAULT ..I booked for my car major service a month before the date and I was given the quote so i knew what will be done and they knew also.arriving at their workshop on the date GERART did not prepare paperwork and I had to show them confirmation SMS that I am supposed to be there .left the car and fetched the car at 17:00 only to find out they only did minor service ...campbelt not replaced and I was not told this during the day.my car is still is showing warning sign on the dashboard that it's not serviced because they did not tick it off on the system ...apparently the system is offline.i was ****ed off which I still am because they were not professional enough to tell me what is happening,I wasted my full day for nothing for a car that was booked.what is the point of making a booking then?they told me that I need to bring the car back and they will do all without doing any booking(really!!).why not call the client during the day or prior the day and explain the issue!!yeeeerrrrrrrr
Registered for vehicle auction on the 16 th of october 2021 and I did not win a bid.i am still waiting for my R10000 refund.i have been sending emails with my banking details and WhatsApp messages to Kashifa and Maree.i am so disgusted by their service.PLEASE PAY MY REFUND AUCOR
Booked a bus to depart from Queenstown at 19:00 and arrive at bellville 07:00am and guess what we are still sitting at Queenstown offices at 22:31 waiting for the bus.according to the officials here the bus we waiting for is still delivering people to idutywa.....why!! I will never ever use APM bus again.we are sitting here with pensioners and kids at night.....really!!
I am so frustrated and annoyed at the same time.i understand clearly the restrictions on water as the water is scarce in Capetown but no one cares at the municipality.i started reporting issues with my water meters in February 2020 and I am telling you no one was ever there since now september.my account is up to date and I can atleast afford to pay for water ,I am renovating the house and I am on 350litres limit per day which does not help me at all.all I am asking is to increase the daily limit.sartuday 26/09/2020 I logged a call with reference number9109428656 and no attended to the call yet,today is Tuesday.
