Took my car for a regular service and 7 days later my car stopped running.It's a pity we can't post videos here. Called the dealership to report the issue , they responded a day later. My car was stuck on the street and the only started to entertain me the following day. Today is day 4 and my car is still not running..They have agreed to tow my car to their premises and I have never received any communication Further. I rocked up to the dealership unannounced, only to find my car parked there in sun. They didn't even know it was on their premises. Commuting to work is such a problem, let alone the stress and the heartache I have endured this entire week. If there's one thing I regret is servicing my car with you guys, the guy under the tree would have done a better job.

Not only did they want to postpone appointment just that 30 min before the agreed time. They scratched my appliance, reported the issue and asked for pictures and went quite. I don't recommend!
I used Dial a bed online to buy a bed on Sat the 22 Feb 2025. Today(Mon the 24) I received a call that the bed is out on delivery,the driver is on his way. Bear in mind I am at work, I told the driver I can free some time at @12pm, he was happy with that.As no one confirmed delivery with me prior to the drivers call. I head home to meet the driver, he is not there. Tried calling back the numbers, no one answers. I called the 021 number that I have received on *order confirmation document *, the lady was of no help, didn't even take my order number, advised me to call the driver back. I told her that the driver is picking up my call, she asked me to give her the driver's number. Very unprofessional
I have placed an order on the 17th January 2024 even today, the 5th of February 2024 I am still waiting. I am not sure I should 9 months or what. I have called their support centre and they said they will get back to me, that has never happened. I then proceeded to log a ticket on their website, still no response other than giving me a ticket number .Mind you my money was taken. I am done buying books through them.

I am very saddened by the way I was treated by mtn. I took out contract because I thought the package was a good one, little did I know that I will have coverage problems that was never fixed. In May I started having terrible network problems ,called the helpline countless times with no resolution and then I stopped using the sim and decided to be on prepaid with Telkom, their is quite reliable than yours.. To my surprise I stopped using the data but I am still being billed . I am expected to pay monthly premiums for mahala. Now my credit score is negatively affected, I had 14 points decline last month, only God knows how many points I will loose again this month because of your tardy response or lack of.
Central 112 answered my call, after an accident where my niece was robbed and stabbed. My call was transferred to Polokwane EMS but the phone rang for long without being answered. The patient was transferred using a neighbours car to hospital bleeding a lot. What is the emergency line used for if it doesn't serve the purpose. Matoks area is worse It is the second time I called Matoks EMS through 112 and I never succeeded.
I see business doesn't respond to complaints but I will write anyway. Took my car in for service and it came back with a strange noise. Luckily, I picked the knocking sound and raised it with the branch manager. He test drove the car with me, heard the noise but wanted me to pay extra R4K to get it fixed. When I refused and argued with him he banged my door and left me in the car. I followed him on foot and he rushed into back offices leaving me stranded. I had driven the faulty car and out my life in risk, I will never take my car again to DTM. The manager is really rude and doesn't admit fault. 🚮
