No service. No reply on e-mails. My Renault Kiger's front window stopped working. Part was supposed to be ordered in December. After returing from leave late in January, trying to follow up if part has arrived. No reply when messages are left, no reply on e-mails queries.
Bought Leather sneakers. After just 2 months the one shoelace broke. Kingsley Heath could not replace the specific shoelace. Brand new shoes that cant be worn. I will never buy from your store again. After sales service is non-existing. The shop assistant was non supportive and clearly not worried about the fact that I recently bought shoes which I cant use, and which she was not prepared to exchange.
