The service l recieved at Renault is extremely poor. They just don't care, even after countless complaints they fail to deliver. I took my car in for a service and it was perfectly fine until after the service then it started giving me problems. When l picked my car after the service they said "see you Next year with a new car", this happened in Dec 2022. Now after a few days my car wouldn't start, l was Jumpstarted twice then l bough a new battery. That didn't help either because the following day my car died and it's been 4weeks since they took it. The funny thing is that after it was towed, with the request from renault roadside assist, l phoned a week and nobody in that company knew where my car was, because they didn't follow up with the towing company. They didn't even know who picked up my car, ridiculous if you ask me. I have had to phone these people every 2nd or 3rd day to find out what the problem is, eventually they told me they "SUSPECT" its the card that stopped working, requested l bring my 2nd key and l did but that didn't work either. How can a big company like this tell me they suspect, shouldn't they be experienced enough to find the fault in the vehicle!!! I don't have a car for 4weeks now, every time l make a call, they promise to call me back but they never do. The service is extremely poor, they don't even deserve 1 * they deserve ZERO.
I have a water bill that went up to R27000 in one month. I was told to pay R1500 last year in Sept 2018 so they can do meter testing. Although l went and made the payment, Up until now they have not done the meter testing and the bill is now above R30000. Why won't they do meter testing??? The bill is ridiculous because only one person stayed in the house at that time. They are dragging to resolve the matter because they know it's their fault. It is so frustrating..... Daylight robbery by cct....... Any person with a normal brain would understand that something must have gone wrong with their calculations to come up with such a bill. I have involved lawyers but they also not helping, all they are doing is spending my money. Ombuds also didnt respond to my complain. I'm extremely frusyed with this bill.
<p>Mtn sold my number to someone else while l was still using it. Are they really so short of numbers that they recycle after 2months of not using the number. My fon broke and l could not use it for 2 months, when l tried to insert the card again, boom! Gone, sold to someone else!!!!!! Poor service, extremely poor!! </p>
<p>My brother in law had a funeral policy with old mutual, they captured a minor as the beneficiary but they know that at claim stage they dont pay out. we submitted all the docs required and they refused to pay. My husband, ( the brother to the late brother in law) went to court with all affidavits necessary, l mean even the mother of late brother in-law also wrote an affidavit for the funeral money to be paid out but old mutual did not even consider the the Letter from Court. At court we were told that the funeral money is SPECIFICALLY FOR FUNERAL PURPOSES not for the benefit of the minor and it should be paid out, but the rest of savings and retirement policies is for the child, hence it should be kept for the child until 21 or else get a guardianship letter to access those funds. What surprises me is that when they recieve an application form with a minor as the beneficiary, they capture on their system, but when it comes to claim stage it becomes a problem. We as a family had an extremely bad experience with old mutual and we ended taking money from loan sharks to bury our brother, l am very furious with OLD MUTUAL because now we have to pay interest on loans wherelse the money is there for funeral purposes. We even suggested that they dont give us the money but pay the Undertakers but they still REFUSED. I personally would'nt take a policy at that company and l will make sure that my friends and family dont ever take a policy with them. You wont believe the incompetence of the staff as well, they all have to phone somewhere to find out what they should do, l mean really, everytime you ask something they phone, We went from Kuilsriver to Town and to Head office where l thought things would be handled better, they also still made phone calls to ask the procedure, its ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!</p>
